At Sarah Express, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into every order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final โ No Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind reasons. Once an order has been confirmed, fulfilled, and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item.
This policy exists because we source and fulfill each order directly from our trusted manufacturing partners upon confirmation. Once an order is placed and dispatched, we are unable to intercept, redirect, or cancel the shipment.
When We Do Accept Returns
We will accept a return or issue a refund only in the following circumstances:
- The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product, color, or size sent by us)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@sarahexpress.com with the above information. Our team will review your request and respond within 2โ3 business days. Approved returns will receive further instructions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days after we confirm the return eligibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned due to change of mind
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
