We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Eligible Regions: United States and International orders (see regional details below)
Items must be:
✓ Unused, unworn, and unwashed
✓ In original packaging with tags attached
✓ Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:
✗ Final sale / clearance items
✗ Opened personal care or hygiene products
✗ Items damaged through customer misuse
International Returns
We accept return requests from all countries we ship to.
For international orders:
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: full refund or replacement offered without return required
• For change-of-mind returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• We will review each case individually to find the best resolution
Note: Due to international shipping costs, we may offer a partial refund or store credit in lieu of a physical return for eligible cases.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Email support@sarahexpress.com with subject: “Return Request – Order #[your order number]”
Step 2: Include:
• Order number
• Item(s) to return
• Reason for return
• Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
Step 3: Wait for our response within 1–2 business days with authorization and instructions.
Step 4: Ship item back only after receiving authorization. Items sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
• Defective / Damaged / Wrong item: Sarah Express covers return shipping. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
• Change of mind / Incorrect size: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
• Inspection completed within: 2 business days of receiving return
• Refund processed within: 3–5 business days after approval
• Refund issued to: original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
• Additional 3–5 days may be required by your bank or card issuer
No restocking fees are charged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include clear photos of the item and packaging
• We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
• No return required for low-value items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a full refund and place a new order. We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering.
