Thank you for shopping with Sarah Express. We’re committed to fast, reliable delivery and clear, transparent shipping terms.

Order Processing

  • Processing time : 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Transit Time : 8-12 business days .
  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays process the next business day
  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships

Destinations We Ship To

We currently ship to the United States (including all 50 states and eligible APO/FPO addresses via USPS) and internationally to the following regions:

Europe (28 countries): UK, Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Asia & Middle East (7 countries): Israel, Japan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates.

Americas (3 countries): Brazil, Canada, and Mexico.

Oceania (2 countries): Australia and New Zealand.

Africa (2 countries): Morocco and Nigeria.

We are continuously working to expand our shipping destinations.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

All orders require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, 
FedEx, DHL, and select international logistics partners. 
Carrier selection is optimized automatically for the best 
delivery performance to your region.

Our products are fulfilled and shipped through our 
network of international fulfillment centers to ensure 
the fastest possible delivery.

Tracking Your Order

  • Track anytime via our portal: Track Your Order
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after dispatch
  • Orders may ship in multiple packages with
    separate tracking numbers

Address Changes & Order Edits

Need to update your shipping address or cancel an order? 
Contact support@sarahexpress.com as soon as possible. 
Once an order enters fulfillment, changes may not 
be possible. Reshipping fees may apply for incorrect 
or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Issues, Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package:

  • Check with household members and neighbors, and around the delivery area
  • Allow 24 hours for possible scan timing differences
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  • Then contact us at support@sarahexpress.com within 48 hours of the “Delivered” scan; we’ll help file a claim and work toward a resolution

Signature may be required for high-value orders.

 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties,
taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer
and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Undeliverable & Refused Shipments

Packages returned as undeliverable/refused may be refunded minus original shipping and any return-to-sender fees, unless due to our error. We can reship upon request; additional shipping charges may apply.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page or confirmation email. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately at no extra cost.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet stated timeframes, delays can occur due to:

  • Peak season volumes
  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Customs inspections (international)
